1, The Angola Industrial Park project is a steel structure building with two factories. This project requires professional design and architecture capabilities, high-quality products, and one-stop project management services. JHR has successfully fulfilled its responsibility of assisting clients in designing, manufacturing, and installing the entire building.
2, The total area of the factory building for the Ethiopia project is 10000 square meters.

IV. Uruguay project is with the total area up to 4587sqm with the 50.42m span, eave height being 7.65m and ridge height being 8.8m. The steel amount is 254.2 ton and the feature of this building is curtain wall type.
V. Mauritius project is a building with 3-floor office areas to meet up the official and logistic demands at the same time. Based the customer's request, the steel structures are hot DIP galvanized ones to deal with the anti-rust requirements. The wall is using the horizontal installed V780 wave-shape colorbond steel sheet which is in perfect aesthetic situation. The lean-to building in front of the facade is equipped with aluminium louver. This building will be a land-mark in the local place.

Packaging and Delivery
1.Packing steel components and pipe into bundles with steel straps;
2.Wrapping the ends of steel components with fabric;
3.Packaging parts in iron boxes.
Regular goods will be transported in 40ft OT(Opening Top) containers and 40ft HQ (High Cubic) containers.
If we use 40ft HQ, steel pallets are required to pack the goods, and then the pallets are pushed into the container. When unloading, the entire pallet is pulled out of the container, which can better protect the steel components and quickly unload.
The sea freight for 40HQ is cheaper than the sea freight for 40OT, while due to the using of pallets, the cost will increase.
For 40ft OT, all goods are loaded one by one onto the container using a crane. Because OT are special containers, in this case, the sea freight of 40ft OT is higher.
